Huawei recently announced a new budget-centric smartphone in Vietnam, the Huawei Y7 Pro 2019. The new device of the Chinese tech giant features a waterdrop notch display and shares some design cues with the Huawei P Smart which is announced a few days ago.
The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 features a glossy 3D glass-like back design in aurora blue gradient or black color. The device also flashes a large 6.26-inch HD+ panel with a dewdrop notch resulting to 1520 x 720 pixels, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It has slim top and side bezels. The chin bezel which has the Huawei logo is a bit better than expected though.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the 14nm 1.8GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 also comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage up to 500GB. Keeping the device running, is a large 4000mAh battery with micro USB charging.
Moving to the camera department, the Y7 Pro 2019 is equipped with a dual-rear camera setup composed of a 13-megapixel f/1.8 main camera, and 2-megapixel f/2.4 sensor. For selfies, Huawei mounted it with a 16-megapixel snapper. Moreover, it comes with Master AI that can detect up to 500 subjects in 22 different settings.
The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 is now available in Vietnam for VND 3,990,000 or roughly at Php9K. Huawei has not revealed anything related to the phone’s
availability in other regions. We’ll have to wait for the official announcement
from the company to know about global availability.
