Motorola Moto Z4 with SD675 and 48MP camera now official

Motorola has launched a new smartphone in the US with 48MP rear camera and support for Moto Mods, the Moto Z4. It's the company's latest mid-ranger with big screen and powerful cameras.

The Moto Z4 features a P2i splash resistant body, it comes with a 6.4-inch OLED screen with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. For a good viewing experience, the brand mounted it with a tiny notch and in-display fingerprint scanner to deliver more screen area.

Under the hood, the device is powered with Snapdragon 675 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 612 graphics. It is also coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.

Camera wise, the device features a 48MP f/1.7 main camera with OIS, PDAF, Laser AF, and Night Vision mode at the back and a 25MP f/2.0 cam for selfies. The Moto Z4 is equipped with a 3,600mAh battery with USB-C 15W TurboPower charging. The phone also has a front ported speaker, 3 microphones, WiFi 802.11ac (2.5GHz/5GHz), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS.

The Moto Z4 is priced at USD 499.99 (around Php26K). Consumers who will get the device will also score a free Moto 360 camera mod. There is no word if it will go official in other parts of the world yet.
