OPPO Reno Z with Snapdragon 710 SoC and 48MP cam now official

OPPO has officially launched the latest addition to its new Reno smartphone line in Europe – the Reno Z. The OPPO Reno Z is in the mid-range and shares several specifications with the “normal” OPPO Reno, including the screen and the processor, although it is one step below, at least in terms of price.

The OPPO Reno Z flashes a trendy design that appears premium. It sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and waterdrop notch to offer more screen area.

Inside, the handset is powered by Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 616 graphics. Interestingly, consumers can use it for heavy mobile tasks, as it has a whopping 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Powering up the device, on the other hand, is a 3950mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 flash charge.

Camera wise, the device sports a dual rear camera setup composed of a 48-megapixel f/1.7 Sony IMX586 main shooter and 5-megapixel f/2.4 secondary sensor. For selfies, there's a high-resolution 32MP f/2.0 snapper with AI Beautification.

The OPPO Reno Z is priced at EUR 189 (around PHP 11K). There’s no word yet about its global availability.
