Xiaomi Mi 9T arrives in the Philippines, price starts at P15,990

The Xiaomi Mi 9T is the global version of the Redmi K20, has finally received an official price in the Philippines ahead of its official launch. The new mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi was announced last month in China. As expected, it has flagship-killer specs with a super-competitive starting price.

The Mi 9T is the company's first member of the Mi 9 family to sport a new flame pattern back and a true full screen display with no bezels. The Mi 9T sports a a 6.39-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner and sports a pop-up selfie camera to achieve the all-screen display.

Under the hood, it runs with the 8nm 2.2GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor with Adreno 618 GPU for gaming. It is paired with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64GB or 128GB UFS 2.1 non-expandable storage, and 4,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 18W fast charging.

On the camera department, the Mi 9T has a triple rear camera composed of a 48MP main camera with a 1/2″ Sony flagship IMX 582 sensor, a 13MP ultra wide-angle lens with a 124.8 degree field of view, and an 8MP telephoto lens. For selfies, it has a 20MP pop-up front camera.

The pricing states that the Mi 9T will start at PHP 15,990 for the 64GB storage variant while the 128GB variant is priced at PHP 17,990. Consumers can pre-order at the official Xiaomi store in Lazada. Stay tuned for more updates!
