Samsung revealed that the recently announced Galaxy Tab S5e is coming to the Philippines. It’s a mid-range tablet with premium and sleek design, and high-res Super AMOLED screen along with a decent set of hardware specs.
On Samsung’s official Philippine website, a thumbnail of the Galaxy Tab S5e can be seen with a play button placed over it and the words “Coming Soon” written underneath it. As a quick recap, Galaxy Tab S5e features a sleek looking metal body with a 10.5-inch 16:10 Super AMOLED screen with crisp 2560 x 1600 resolution and thin looking bezels.
Under the hood, the mid-range tablet has respectable mid-range hardware specs. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 670 SoC paired with 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB expandable storage with microSD up to 512GB. It is run by 7,040mAh battery with USB-C fast charging. The 7,040mAh battery is good for 14 hours of video watching.

Camera wise, the tablet also goes with a 13MP main camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. It also has an optional Book cover Keyboard that you can use with DeX for a laptop-like mode. There's no stylus support and 3.5mm headphone jack slot though.
It also comes with far-field microphones that so that Bixby can hear your better. The Tab S5e syncs with your phone to allow you answer calls and reply to SMS straight from the tablet. The tablet also runs with Android 9.0 Pie OS with the new One UI skin. Galaxy Tab S5e is 5.5 mm slim and weighs at 400 grams. It comes in black, silver, and gold colors.

However, It will be available in the U.S., Germany, and other select territories beginning Q2 2019 and pre-orders will begin on March 14. Pricing starts at EUR 419 (~PHP 24,764) while the LTE version costs EUR 480 (~PHP 28,369).
