Go to the nearest Smart load retailer or PLDT Store and reload your Smartbro/PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi account (your SIM number can be found at the back of the modem). After that, access Smart Bro/PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi dashboard through this link - pldthome.com/homewifiload or download the myPLDT Smart app (on Google Play or Apple App Store), enroll your prepaid wifi number, then browse and select your desired Famload promo that fits your budget. Monitor your data usage and prepaid balance in the dashboard.
Method 2: Via PasaLoad
You can also transfer regular load from any Smart and TNT number using the format PASALOAD<space>11-digit PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi number<space>Amount and then send to 808. Then access the PLDT Home WiFi dashboard (pldthome.com/homewifiload) or myPLDT Smart app to register.
Method 3: Via GigaLife App

Method 4: Via Mobile Wallet apps
You can also directly register PLDT FamLoad promos using mobile wallet apps such as PayMaya, GrabPay, or GCash. Register an account and top up your wallet by cashing in through the app's available payment channels (online banking, credit/debit card, over-the-counter, or remittance). PLDT improved its FamLoad packages by adding free data for apps on top of the base open-access data offer to compete with the Globe Home Surf Promos of Globe Prepaid Wifi, so you can see some similarities between the two network offerings. PLDT updated its promo in July 2020, bringing data and video-oriented promos like FamLoad Video and FamLoad Video Plus. On July 31, 2020, FamLoad 2X The Data promo has ended. FamLoad 15, 50, 199, 599, 999, and 1499 are now unavailable. In August 2020, PLDT FamLoad Study promos were released. On February 1, 2021, the PLDT Home WiFi website (https://pldthome.com/homewifi) has moved to Smart (https://smart.com.ph/bro/homewifi). Subscribers now have access to select promos from GIGA and GIGA PRO. On June 25, 2021, Smart Bro brings back the Double Data Promo exclusively via the GigaLife app.
