There are several ways to subscribe Smart Extra Load: through GigaLife App, Smart Online Store, mobile wallet app like GCash and convenience stores.
Register through GigaLife App
Download the GigaLife App on Google Play or Apple App Store and register for an account. Follow the procedures below to avail of Smart Extra Load.
1. Log in to your GigaLife app, and look for your account balance on home screen.
2. Tap on the "plus(+) icon" button next to the load, and an Add Load screen will pop up.
3. Select your preferred load amount and swipe to confirm payment.
4. After you've completed your payment, you will receive confirmation of your Extra Load.
Register through Smart Online Store
Extra Load offers promo are available in the Smart Online Store on these denominations: 100, 200, 300, 500, and 1000. To purchase the Smart Extra Load, follow the procedures below.
1. Visit Smart Online Store's website and select eLoad in the Shop option.
2. Select your desired Extra Load promo to purchase, and click Subscribe.
3. Review the Extra Load promo page, and click Continue.
4. To proceed with your subscription, you may log in as a guest to move to complete your payment.
5. Payment method includes Credit/Debit Card. Enter your Smart mobile number and email address. Check the "I agree" box of Smart Prepaid's terms and conditions, then click the Continue button to process the payment.
6. A confirmation page will be displayed after the payment is done to inform you that the load was successfully credited to your mobile number. You will also receive an e-receipt through the your email address.
