Just simply text SSS to 2600 and follow the instructions in the text message you will receive. Each text message will costs P2.50.
You may need to register by texting SSS REG <SS Number> <Date of Birth MM/DD/YYYY> to 2600. For example: SSS REG 1234567890 11/27/1956.

ReplyDeleteTry nyo tumawag 917-7777. Patiently wait lang. In 5-10minutes may sasagot na. Nagawa ko na and maayos kong nakuha yung info na gusto kong malaman. Puro kayo reklamo wala naman kayong naiambag sa lipunan!

Walang kwentang customer service hotline. 24 hrs open pero sa dami ng number n un wala manlang sumagot ni isa as if nakahang or wala talagang sumasagot. Wag po kayo maglalagay ng 24hours if wala namang sasagot. Nakakainis lang at nakakaubos ng pasensya.

Nakakahiya naman sa "you will be attended shortly" nila. Naka ilang hold song na pero wala pa din. Malolowbat na ung phone wala pa din. Bulok talaga tong SSS, kajit ung internal process nila.
