In this handy guide, we’re going to show you how to load Cignal TV prepaid using your GCash, as well as how to load the Cignal TV Prepaid PIN. Before proceeding, just make sure your GCash have sufficient funds.
How to Load Cignal TV using GCash 2022
Loading your Cignal TV Prepaid is available through GCash. After successful purchase, you will receive the e-PIN via text message which you can load to your Cignal TV prepaid account.
Step 1: Open your GCash app, click Load on home screen.
Step 2: Input the mobile number that will receive the PIN. Tap Next.
Step 3: Scroll to the right and go to the PayTV tab.
Step 4: Select your desired Cignal TV prepaid package and tap Next.
Step 5: Confirm the payment and load detail. Tap Pay to complete the purchase.
Note: You will receive an SMS which will contain the purchased PIN. Copy the PIN and proceed to load via Cignal Web Loading Tool or via SMS.
How to load the PIN via the Cignal Web Loading Tool
Step 1: After purchasing the Cignal Reload Card or e-PIN, go to the Cignal Web Loading Tool.
Step 2: Input your prepaid account number, your unused PIN, and answer the security field. Click SUBMIT.
That’s it. You will get a confirmation message after the transaction.
How to load the PIN to your Cignal TV prepaid via SMS
Step 1: Text CIGNAL REG <Cignal Account Number> and send to 5353. You only need to do this once, if you haven’t yet. After this, you can just proceed to step 2 for succeeding reloads.
Step 2: Text CIGNAL <PIN> and send to 5353. You will be charged Php 1 per request.
Once successful, you will receive an SMS notification about the transaction.

To know your Cignal account number, text CIGNAL SC <12-digit CCA or smart card number> to 5353. For example: CIGNAL SC 000004065289. You will receive a SMS containing your Cignal account number.
